Ready to hit the ice with one of BladeEdge’s 2025/26 hockey teams? Secure your spot today by submitting the non‑refundable registration fee and first installment (due no later than May 30, 2025)

Registration Fee & Payment Plan

• Amount Due Today: $ 3,000

• Non‑Refundable Registration fee confirms your place on the roster and helps us lock in ice time, coaches, and team gear.

• Installment Schedule:

  1. Today: Registration fee + Installment 1: $3,000

  2. July 1, 2025: Installment 2: $1,500

  3. August 1, 2025: Installment 3: $ 1,500

  4. September 1, 2025: Installment 4: $ 1,500

  5. October 1, 2025: Installment 5: $ 1,500

  6. November 1, 2025: Installment 6: $ 1,500

• If the Team qualifies for playoffs, there will be an additional charge of $ 500.00 that is due and payable on or Before March 1, 2026. If the Team qualifies for Nationals, there will be an additional charge of $ 750.00 that is due and payable before April 1, 2026.
